Issue 146: Property P139 has alternative form should have its own "has type" property.
The property P139 has alternative form should have its own has type property (P139.1). This would allow us to deal with the FRAD attribute "transliteration scheme of name" of the Name entity.

The property P139 has alternative form should have its own has type property (P139.1). This would allow us to deal with the FRAD attribute "transliteration scheme of name" of the Name entity. Property P139.1 is therefore created. Also, the scope note for P139 is rewritten as follows:
This property establishes a relationship of synonymy between two instances of E41 Appellation, independent from any item identified by them. The property is a dynamic, asymmetric relationship, where the domain expresses a derivative, if such a direction can be established. Otherwise, the relationship is symmetric.
The synonymy applies to all cases of use of an instance of E41 Appellation. Multiple names assigned to an object, which, are not always synonymous should be instantiated as repeated values of the is identified by property. This property is not transitive.
P139.1 has type allows the type of derivation, such as transliteration from Latin 1 to ASCII be refined.

P139 has alternative form
Domain: | E41 Appellation |
Range: | E41 Appellation |
Quantification: | many to many (0,n:0,n) |
Scope note: |
This property establishes a relationship of equivalence between two instances of E41 Appellation independent from any item identified by them. It is a dynamic asymmetric relationship, where the range expresses the derivative, if such a direction can be established. Otherwise, the relationship is symmetric. The equivalence applies to all cases of use of an instance of E41 Appellation. Multiple names assigned to an object, which are not equivalent for all things identified with a specific instance of E41 Appellation, should be modelled as repeated values of the "is identified by" property. This property is symmetric but not transitive. |
